Welcome to the Homeowners’ Association section! This section is designed to meet the needs of both Broadmoor Downs and Country Broadmoor. The Homeowner’s Association is welcome to share information with the entire community by posting information in this unique portion of the neighborhood website. Broadmoor Downs residents will be able to view their covenants, by-laws, and architectural guidelines here as well as receive information of upcoming meetings and events. Residents are invited to submit additional information of interest to all to the webmaster for placement on this site. Password for the Broadmoor Downs HOA is 'downs'. Country Broadmoor residents may find it beneficial to post here items and meetings of interest to their homeowners. There is also a place for covenants, directories, and other guidelines if needed.
